BookMyAgreement is an independent platform operated by Evavel Private Limited that helps users discover and connect with independent rent agreement and documentation service providers. We are not a government website and are not affiliated with any government body.
We do not provide rent agreement drafting, stamping, registration, or notarisation services directly. All services are provided by the independent businesses listed on our platform. Any agreement you enter into is solely between you and the business you choose.
We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or outcome of any service provided by a listed business. We do not guarantee pricing quoted by any business. Users are advised to independently verify credentials and terms before engaging a provider.
Businesses may pay for Premium or Featured listing placements. Such listings are clearly labelled as "Featured" or "Sponsored" and do not imply endorsement, verification, or guaranteed quality unless separately and explicitly stated.
BookMyAgreement reserves the right to remove or delist any business listing — including Premium or Featured (paid) listings — if we receive credible customer complaints regarding the service provided. Before any delisting, we will: (1) make a reasonable effort to verify the complaint by reaching out to the concerned business for their response, and (2) where the issue is not severe or repeated, give the business a chance to resolve it or clarify before any listing action is taken. Listings may be delisted without prior warning in cases of serious or repeated verified complaints (for example, fraud or non-delivery of paid services). Fees already paid for the listing period are non-refundable in cases of delisting due to verified customer complaints, in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree to use this platform lawfully and to provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or business listings.
BookMyAgreement and Evavel Private Limited are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information found through this platform or from your dealings with any listed business.
