Since the service is provided directly by the business, disputes should first be raised with them. You can also let us know at hello@bookmyagreement.com so we can review the listing.

Yes — if we receive credible customer complaints about your service, we'll first try to verify the issue with you and give you a chance to resolve or clarify it, unless the complaint is serious (like fraud) or repeated.
